As a Recruiter at Able, you will have the exciting opportunity to own and develop the full-cycle recruitment process for a rapidly growing ‘portfolio’ company that builds and invests in a multitude of diverse products. The Recruiter will work cross-functionally with an incredible team of Producers, Product Designers, and Engineers to staff our offices in New York City and San Francisco.
Able is looking for someone who loves the challenge of working on multiple roles simultaneously. This is your chance to help drive new recruitment strategies, cultivate a collaborative work environment, and utilize your problem solving skills in the face of any challenges.
We value and appreciate what our Recruiters do every day. They are solely responsible for identifying thoughtful, passionate, kind, intellectual, and tenacious talent that positively contribute to this dynamic organization.
We are firm believers that a diverse team brings extraordinary success. We have a phenomenal team environment geared towards work/life balance and happiness. This role will interact with multiple disciplines and levels of management and gain exposure to different cultures.
Able’s vision is to be the best place to build products. We believe that people, teams, and processes are more important than the ideas themselves, so we’ve focused on bringing great people together, and investing in their growth.
We are consistently working on diversifying our portfolio by working in various fields. Thus far we’re working on products in the entertainment, crowdfunding, and cancer research. We’re collaborating with influential leaders and investors at the intersection of technology, media, and politics.
Our team lives by a Code of Conduct that sets the following expectations for ourselves and our teammates: Be friendly. Be welcoming. Be respectful. Be empathetic. Be considerate.
