Able is seeking a Recruiter to grow our New York City and San Francisco based teams.
Own candidate sourcing and candidate funnel management
Manage the candidate screening process to establish values-fit
Coordinate scheduling and candidate communication
Collaborate with hiring managers and interview teams to evaluate candidates
Measure diversity as part of recruiting process to build a high-functioning team
Execute recruiting across multiple functional groups
Establish candidate scoring and talent systems best practices
Help design our offer packages by understanding candidate needs and ensuring we put together our best possible offer
Facilitate the offer process
Interact with senior team members and contribute to strategic initiatives
Coordinate the candidate experience with our onboarding practices to ensure all of your candidates have a welcome and positive experience joining the company

2+ years as a recruiter for startups, technology companies, or digital agencies
Experience working as a recruiter for a high-growth company
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple candidate searches simultaneously and develop scalable recruiting processes and systems
